About Shipping

- We provide Click & Collect service which is available in our warehouse from 9.30am to 4pm working days only. The address is  18/105 Cochranes Road MOORABBIN VIC 3189, no extra handling fee.

- We only ship to Australia.  Items will be dispatched within 3 working days upon the  verification of payment. 

- Shipping in 24 hours is  applicable for most cases other  than if we are short on stock,  shipping days exclude weekends and public  holidays.

- We pick the best reliable carrier per our knowledge. Registered  post is chosen most of cases. General shipping time guidance applies, please understand we  take all  precautions but shipments on the road are out of our control.
